Welcome to the MakHalal online ordering system. We take pride in serving our customers excellent food and delivering the best possible experience. Therefore, if you are concerned about any aspects of our business related to food and customer service, please let us know. Furthermore, below you will find the process to follow if certain situations arise. 


Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel it as our staff begin prepping immediately. 

Incorrect/Incomplete Orders 

If you have received an incorrect or incomplete order, we sincerely apologise. In this scenario, please contact the store from which you ordered, and we will rectify this for you. This is applicable for both cash and card orders. Please note that our delivery partners will manage any issues for orders placed via Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.

Any refunds are at the sole discretion of the manager on duty. Additionally, refunds will not be given for any errors made when placing an order. Therefore, we highly recommend that you review your basket carefully before checking out.

Food Dissatisfaction 

We care hugely about what our customers consume, so we always use the best ingredients and local produce and maintain high hygiene standards when handling your order. 

In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your order, again, please get in touch with the store from which you ordered, and we will make things right. 

It is the restaurant’s right to deny or refuse service to any customer for any form of abuse, including a continued misuse of our Refund Policy.
